Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that our return policy does not include ear cuffs, earrings, bodysuits, catyhose, and cat apparel, which are final sale due to hygienic reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
